Error installing code

during installation I get following error:

Solving environment: failed

ResolvePackageNotFound:

• libxml2==2.9.0=0
• llvm==3.3=0
• libxslt==1.1.28=0
• llvmpy==0.12.4=py27_0
• matplotlib==2.0.2=np110py27_0
• conda-forge::lxml==3.3.5=py27_0

when I PIP those packages I got several conflicts.

I got a little deeper, and trying to import those packages from existing or outdated libraries, it did not work either.
After spending some time on this issue, i am clueless on how to solve this.
Is this Python interface still usable ?
