Wrong Currency In Plan When Axle Energy Session Scheduled?

I've noticed whenever there is an Axle Energy session scheduled in the Plan view, it always shows $ after the value

this is covered in the documentation https://springfall2008.github.io/batpred/predbat-plan-card/#understanding-the-predbat-plan it indicates that a rate override has been applied

I'll update the documentation to mention Axle as well
