Document issues - sigenergy install

Hi - thanks for all the great work on this project

I recently had a sigenergy battery installed - a lot of HA users have recommended predbat so wanted to get set up for some testing

During the setup I found a few minor documentation issues so wanted to raise them while they are fresh in my mind

There are a number of sensors listed as needing enabling

I could not find sensor.sigen_plant_daily_consumed_energy or anything similar

These two don't exist but number version do -
sensor.sigen_plant_ess_max_charging_limit
sensor.sigen_plant_ess_max_discharging_limit
Should these two be number rather than sensor as they do exist? eg
number.sigen_plant_ess_max_charging_limit
number.sigen_plant_ess_max_discharging_limit

In the automations these two were in the logoc but don't exist
sensor.sigen_inverter_ess_rated_discharging_power
sensor.sigen_inverter_ess_rated_charging_power

Perhaps they should be these two which do exist
sensor.sigen_inverter_ess_rated_discharge_power
sensor.sigen_inverter_ess_rated_charge_power

I will keep working through the steps
