SourceKit-LSP decides to re-index files for some reason

It might be either a misconfiguration on our side or an issue with the LSP itself. It's unclear at the moment, but even on a full index, restarting the BSP sometimes causes some fixes to re-index.

Should be greatly improved by 0.8.1 but keeping it opened still for now.
