Make a game from scratch

Using an existing engine (whatever is easiest with the most assets)
with hooks for twitch chat

Similar to the minecraft idea, but this would be a from-scratch dev/hack job...
ideas:
spawn bad-guys
spawn good guys
spawn items
take away items/resources
procedural level
website hook to allow users to create rooms on the fly
in-game scares
