Prepare midterm demo of LLM API comparison and OSM extraction workflow

Prepare the demonstration component for the midterm seminar presentation.

This demo should show two concrete parts of the current project workflow:

1. LLM API comparison

   • demonstrate llm-compare-dashboard
   • show how it can be used to compare selected LLM APIs side by side
   • highlight practical differences such as response behavior, latency, and metadata

2. OSM data extraction workflow

   • demonstrate how QGIS is used to extract map data from OpenStreetMap
   • show how the extracted data is transformed into the simplified format needed for our route-planning or spatial-reasoning experiments

The goal of the demo is to make the current implementation work visible and understandable in a short seminar setting.

Deliverable

A prepared midterm demo scenario covering both the LLM comparison workflow and the OSM extraction workflow.

Acceptance criteria

• The demo includes llm-compare-dashboard as one visible component.
• The demo includes the QGIS-based OSM extraction and transformation workflow.
• The steps to present are chosen and ordered in advance.
• Required input files, scripts, and tools are ready before the seminar.
• The demo is short enough to fit the midterm presentation time.
• A fallback plan exists in case live execution fails.
