Adding new notes to bottom #578

By default new notes are added on top. However, sometimes most times I want to add notes (tasks) to the bottom as a sort of backlog, because I believe the older stuff should be tackled first, so it won't catch dust. Of course this is not always the case, for instance there are still urgent/important tasks that I wish to be added on top (default behavior).
This customization would have significance, because the widget shows the top notes first. Auto-sorting isn't always an option when the ordering varies on personal preference. Immediately adding the note to the bottom also makes your life easier if you want the note to be on the bottom half on very long lists. The moving of notes is quite slow.
Describe the solution you'd like
Right when I create a note it should allow me to toggle between "Add to top"/"Add to bottom", but it should be a single touch interaction, so it doesn't take too long. Adding multiple notes should remember my previous selection. In the settings of the app I should be able to decide which option should be default for the first note I add.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Automatic sorting, but it doesn't give enough flexibility, as the weight of my note greatly depends on the task itself. Also moving the note manually after creation works, but is cumbersome if the note list is very long.
