Steps to reproduce issue

I attempted to install the Space ROS per the instructions on the tutorial and it failed when performing the Earthly build. I attached the build log to this report.

Expected behavior

build should complete without errors resulting to creation of a new docker image

Actual behavior

Build failed with multiple errors.

Hmm I don't think I've seen it fail to build IKOS before but I'll try to replicate this weekend. If it is a build issue we'll move this over to the repo with the earth file

in general after latest refactoring of space-ros/space-ros repo the build instructions here https://space-ros.github.io/docs/rolling/Tutorials/First-Time-Building.html are wrong.

they should mirror what we have in https://github.com/space-ros/space-ros/blob/main/docs/USAGE.md
