Description of Feature:
A user should be able to delete their account.
There's obviously a cleanup step required to delete underlying object storage data. I think the simplest solution would be to prevent the deletion of their account until all underlying products are deleted (#354).
Questions remain as to if we ever allow other to take that account ID in the future.
