Read before submitting a issue or PR

This repository is used for handle upstream change of linux kernel. The current support state can be found in the wiki, so please check this first.

If you issue is a bug report:

• If you know how to fix it, send a patch directly to lore.kernel.org so I can take it.
• If you do not know how to fix here, it is fine to leave a issue here, and it is better to send the bug report to lore.kernel.org.

Please ping me if the bug report is urgent, I will review it at once if I have time.

If you issue is a feature request:

1. Please check the wiki about the state of the new feature
2. If the feature is under review, please be patient and wait for to be merged.
3. If the feature is not started:
   • If you already have code, please send it directly to lore.kernel.org for review.
   • If you do not have code, you are welcome to take for upstream or post an issue to see if anyone wants to take it.

If you want send a PR:

1. Please send your PR to LKML directly if you can. We are opened to all the patch sets in the LKML.
2. The PR is opened as we may give some early suggestion to the patch set before going to LKML, this repository does not accept any PR and the PR function may be offline in the future.
