[BUG] More unusual layouts on specific websites

Describe the bug

1. When I open the Ask Bar on Kami (web.kamihq.com), the tab chip for the Kami tab isn't shown. (pic 1)
2. When a response is being generated, there's a really big gap below the Ask Bar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a file in Kami
2. Open the Ask Bar (bug 1)
3. Send a message to Sol (bug 2)

Expected behavior

1. For the tab chip for Kami to show up
2. For the Ask Bar window to end at the Ask Bar

Steps/attempts taken to fix
Checked other websites to see if the problem reappears. I couldn't find one, but I'm concerned this problem plagues other specific websites I'm unaware of.
