Manual Add Location Names

I get FourSquare will not work but would be nice to be able to add and edit your own known location names.

Hi @pac-71! I recommend using Arc App for this. Arc App supports adding private places.

For adding similar functionality to Arc Mini, I'm happy to accept pull requests!
