While following the latest ccip-bootcamp, I encountered an error related to the installation of chainlink-local using the forge install smartcontractkit/chainlink-local command provided here.
The reason that I see here is the unavailability of this commit related to smartcontractkit/ccip which is been used here within the lib directory. Although, I have opened an issue for the same -> smartcontractkit/ccip#1344
