May I know how to use your code?

I am very interested in your code, but I do not know how to use it. Could you provide some detailed descriptions about  your code? For example, which is the main function to run? Where is your data stored (in one of your files you mentioned trainImageLists =  "/home/slundquist/mountData/datasets/cifar/images/train.txt", but there is no such file)?
