Change the ilk's price

Hello support team,
I have deployed the system successfully. I got the ETH_PIP variable in the deployed contracts addresses file, then I used:
seth send 0xa40990Ab9b3C7f37eE1e1cC9a141df66CFdCFe36 poke(bytes32) 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001158e460913d00000 to change the price of ilk one more time but it threw an error. Could you give me some suggestions ?

The authority of the contracts after running the scripts are transferred to the MCD_PAUSE_PROXY. Meaning that for doing any action you need to get a spell approved in the chief (MCD_GOV).
