Add a faster way to tel if the file needs to be compressed

Running all 3 compressors just to see if the file is compressible is a waste of time, as sometimes we are only interested in knowing whether the file is compressible.

Consider adding a new option to support this.

Also consider using less aggressive options and stop as soon as we find a smaller image.
