Duplicate versions of PRBMath

[PaulRBerg]

PRBMath is sourced in two ways:

1. From Sablier V2, which uses v4.0.1
2. From the @jbx-protocol/juice-delegates-registry package, which in turn loads PRBMath v2.4.1 from my package @paulrberg/contracts@3.7.0

My suggestion would be to use only one version, i.e. the one sourced from Sablier V2.
