dataset_meta_data sheet:
dataset short and long names should not have "-" in them.
Need to add columns dataset_distributor, dataset_acknowledgements, cruise_names
var_meta_data:
units for Station, cast, and niskin should be blank
var_discipline, and var_sensor should be "Uncategorized" for station, cast, niskin
