Day Changes when Switching AM to PM

Create a node with a date:

edit the node and change AM to PM. Save the node. Edit the node. Day has changed backwards one day:

You can see in console.log that the day is changing when changing AM to PM and back/forth several times.

The issue is due to this block of code in the function date_select_onchange:

    else if (input_val == 'am') { date.setHours(date.getHours() - 12); }

@mkinnan Thank you for pointing this out, the onchange handler now stops itself if they select the same value for ampm twice in a row. This is probably related to #26 also.
