Can’t find Town data.xlsx file

Do you have any idea where I can find the "Town data.xlsx" file used [Here](https://github.com/shotleft/how-to-python/blob/master/How%20it%20works%20-%20GeoPandas%20detailed%20mapping.ipynb).
