Compiling with MVSC - winnt.h file not found

I'm trying to compile OCA (eg ws2_32) using VS 2010 and I get an error: winnt.h file not found
winnt.h from Windows SDK v7.1 and from RosBE/i686-w64-mingw32 is not compatible

I tried VS 2012 Express, but there were other strange errors in the project
