Greeting @shawone,
This is a great start that you have here, but sadly it seems the project is abandoned and it is pretty far from exposing all the useful functionality to write a client.
I am currently in the process to write my own wrapper that does implement much more feature allowing to write a complete client, it would be nice if I can reuse the name (to be clear, my implementation will be backward compatible in term of feature, so if anyone was using your crate they could migrate to the one I'm developing).
Would you be open to release the name libtorrent-sys and libtorrent on crates.io so I can upload my implementation there? What motivates me is that the name is pretty generic, and this crate seems pretty much unused due to its small feature set.
I do plan to maintain it pretty actively as it will be a key component of an open source project that I'm working on.
Thanks for taking my request into consideration and for your contributions.
