Fix cumulative defense when not in combat

Either remove cumulative defense or add a button tu manually reset cumulative defense

I vote for button to manually remove in case GM stops combat by mistake or something OR maybe a pop-up on GM screen to ask, when combat is stopped, if cumulative defense of all players should be reset.
