Cannot read properties of null (reading 'cmd')

Current Behavior

I'm assuming that the message channel is receving an event from an unknown resource which doesn't send event properties properly. But the expected line is destructing the event property like it always get passed.

Expected Behavior

If this handler receives a value in event parameter, is should validate the date first before destructing.

Steps To Reproduce

I don't have any reproduce case.

Anything else?

The issue doesn't happen all the time. I don't know the source. I only know where the issue occurres.
