Mne version in requirements.txt is incompatible with mne-connectivity

When making a new environment I got an error "mne-connectivity 0.7.0 requires mne>=1.6, but you have mne 1.2.3 which is incompatible." The requirements.txt file indicates mne version mne==1.2.3, but mne-connectivity needs a later version of mne.

could just change the requirement file operators to >=? might not be applicable to all packages if only specific versions are compatible
