ISC_Parser file not available

The following package in the requirements file doesn't exist isc-tokenizer==2.0.0. If you can please suggest a workaround for this that will be awesome. This leads to the issue that in the config.py file the isc_parser file being imported isn't available. Getting this error. Please upload this file which may have been created locally.
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement isc-parser (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for isc-parser.

There's a dependency with iscnlp's parser and tokenizer that we failed to mention in the README.
It's been added there now, and should work provided you have that package.

Hi I installed the first two packages: pos-tagger, and parser. Still getting the following error:

I think the problem is that isc_tokenizer is not in pos-tagger, though its readme uses it.
