Many buttons are broken in new version.

@se-bastiaan I'm happy that you fixed connection problem with latest versions of popcorn time, but there are other bugs also..
I tried latest build from Jenkins build 105, and i tried version from the site (popcorntime.sh)
In main menu things that dont work:

1. Tab button that is changing sections (movies, tv shows)
2. Search - it sending letters very slow to popcorn time, and sometimes it not send full word or all text that i entered in the remote app
3. Ok button - first time after connection is established, ok button doesn't work, it work after restart of popcorn time..

In movie screen things that dont work:

1. I get spinning circle at movie picture (so i dont get movie picture and movie information)
2. Toggle resolution button
3. Select subtitles - if i tap on that button app crash (unfortunately, popcorn time remote has stoped)

In movie player things that dont work:

1. Movie picture (again, no movie picture)
2. Volume slider (if i move remote volume slider, nothing is happening at the pt player)
3. Subtitles (again, if i tap subtitles button, remote get crashed)

In tv show screen things that dont work:

1. Toggle quaily button

In tv show player things that dont work:

1. Tv show picture
2. Volume slider
3. Subtitle button (again app crash)

If you can see many things are not working, maybe they are other things that i didnt noticed..can you take a look when you have time..

Thanks for reporting. I'm not sure what they changed in the API, but it seems to be a lot. :/
This may take some more time to fix.
