Automatically geocode textual location columns and use them

I have some Linked In data with a "location_name" (e.g. "Anchorage, Alaska Area") and a "location_country_code" (e.g. "us") column.

I expect it to magically work them out and geocode them for me :) That's perhaps a bit demanding, but maybe not...
