Feat: Add functionality to attach the tool to a docker container

Research and add functionality to the cli tool to find the process id of a running container and trace it

There is already a function in program to find a process by name, we can either pass a process name -n=nginx or process id -id=12345 to let the program know what we are tracing, for -n flag it will capture all the running process with that name, but there is no way to find out process in container's namespace Linux Namespaces, or the interactions it is doing with the docker socket to achieve functionality

need to look into how the container interacts with the kernel to get a sense of where all we need to put probes
