I've successfully updated the project dependencies to fix the failing Unit Tests. The root cause was extremely outdated test dependencies from 2014 that were incompatible with Node.js 20+.

Changes Made:

Updated all devDependencies to modern versions compatible with Node.js >=20:

• tap: ^0.7.1 → ^18.0.0 (Node 20+ compatible test runner)
• chai: ~1.9.1 → ^4.3.0 (modern assertion library)
• jshint: ^2.6.3 → ^2.13.0 (updated linter)
• rimraf: ~2.2.8 → ^5.0.0 (modern file removal utility)
