I am writing to inform you that for at least two days we have been experiencing a bug with orders paid for with Satispay.
Although users have paid for their orders, they remain in “On-hold” status instead of moving to “Processing” as was the case until at least January 26.
This is obviously a serious problem because we are losing orders from users who are then forced to contact us, leaving them feeling dissatisfied with the service.
I have activated the cron that finalizes payments from the settings (“Finalize unhandled payments” field) in the hope of not losing any more orders, but until yesterday there had never been a need to do so.
