Enable creation of zip files / editing of zip files

I suggest to do it my adding a "New Archive" option both in the Menu Bar and in the toolbar... and then you drag&drop files to an empty window (like when you open the app) and then you click to save it and choose the format when you are saving it.

Not just .zip, but at least .7z also, .tar.gz, tar.xz, tar.bz2 and maybe some more useful formats.

And since resource forks can be really important for some old Mac files, there should be an option to preserve resource forks (some command line tools support it, some don't)... but I should probably open a separate issue about that and post a link for a longer text that I wrote about preserving the resource forks, even if some archive format doesn't support it out-of-the-box.

Working on this for a few days now. I'm able to add files to a zip and save that right now. I'll keep it low on features for the first drop in v0.15. Just a breakthrough. Then adding features in the next versions.
