Describe the bug
Quando si invia un messaggio più lungo di 4000 caratteri il tutto va in crash

To Reproduce
Per riprodurre il bug:

1. Fare il login
2. Selezionare una chat
3. Scrivere un testo più lungo di 4000 caratteri
4. inviare

Expected behavior

• dovrebbe avvisare il client che il testo è troppo lungo (numero in sotto l'input).
• non deve inviare il messaggio al server.
• il server deve controllare che non sia più di 4000.
• gestire le exception sia lato client che server
