Context: Migration of Dashboard to Elektra

As part of the migration, the dashboard should now be hosted on ccloud.global.cloud.sap via Elektra.

Migration Checklist

• Update Helm charts
• Deploy Elektra to production to make the widget accessible
• Deploy hosting changes to production to apply the updates
• Remove the dashboard from the old environment
