App crashes when uploading .pretext file

The app crashes when uploading the following ".pretext" file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QlERWjH1qFuFF-8ZaValbsU2IGTJWmE1/view?usp=sharing

As of now I am unware if there is an error in the file, but it is unchanged from the original PretextMap output.

This issue is mainly to notify that the app does not provide any feedback as to why it cannot take the file as input, and instead crashes.

App instaled using the mac ARM64 prebuilt version.

Thanks for sharing the file.
The pretext image file is too small thus I don't think it was generated correctly. (normally 10's-100'sMb)
Could you share the command used?

As for (lack of) crash error. we are looking to implement a debug mode!

This was the command I used: samtools view -h aligned_550.bam | PretextMap -o map.pretext --sortby length --sortorder descend --mapq 10

Where 'aligned_550.bam' contains an assembly and Hi-C allignment.
