Support for Model D?

I see that the values for the Model O are hardcoded. Would it be possible to add Model D support or would that be unfeasible / taking too much effort?

Unfortunately the model D is a bit different, based on a quick look at the vendor software, and as I do not have one, I unfortunately cannot work on supporting it. I will leave the issue open though, and maybe one day...
