Suggestion: Add the `volumeID` label to cloudwatch metrics

Using

with:
  metrics: "disk"

on the runs-on/actions@v2 does not give me the volumeID which is annoying.
I would be able to get it to monitor more easily my volumes.
I'm linking a PR that would do what I want
