manage users to join houses and become housemates #20
Description
Users should be able to join houses (becoming house_mates) by clicking a button on the view of the corresponding house.
Pushing that button will create the following actions:
- email is been sent to house_manager of that house with info about and an option to confirm/deny that user's request (within the email body)
- email is being sent to user confirming his application
- email is being sent to user informing him/her about becoming a house_mate // getting denied
