Command for LCP-modification in CLI

Currently BNG Blaster supports CLI commands such as ipcp-open or ipcp-close.

I think it would be a useful addition the the CLI to support additional commands such as lcp-close (without sending PADT) and lcp-open for a certain session-id. I would like to test LCP (re-) negotiation behavior in certain situations.

An LCP close would always cause a PPPoE session termination. To test LCP re-negotiation, you need to update some parameters and trigger sending a configuration-request.
