Add a web UI that can be started via the CLI with an optional port address.

Features of Web UI:

1. Start, pause, resume and stop anonymizations
2. Export anonymized data sets
3. Load new datasets
4. View past operations
5. Log in and log out
6. User authorization management: user access and permissions
7. Edit/upload anonymizations configuration files
