AppVeyor builds are very slow

After commit it is take like 1.5 hour to complete all checks on AppVeyour.
BTW, Travis supports windows since October 11, 2018.
I can create PR which will switch fully to Travis builds with no need to wait for AppVeyor to complete each time commit is pushed. If you wish, of course... :)

I'm usually against fixing something that works, but if it's possible to recreate all 32/64bit windows tests then please go ahead.

Not possible for 32bit for sure, as travis does not support 32bit environments...

After second thought, why not to move the x64 tests to travis and leave only x86 on AppVeyor? This should speed up testing at least by the factor of 2.

Currently I can achieve only support for node 8+ across all oses and without 32bit environment support, so x64 only

From the other hand, taking into account node 6 maintenance end-up in April, 2019 and current LTS in node 10, support of older versions is not that critical... I can be wrong here, of course... :)

What kind of problems are with node v6/7 in the setup you provided?

windows-build-tools throws errors, there are some pieces of code inside which uses object destructions and async/await syntax
first is not supported below 6, second below 8 (probably 7 is ok, I did not check)

ok, so no problem for linux/osx though? If that's the case then maybe you could change the matrix so:

linux/osx: would provide v6...11 and windows/travis.ci: would probide v8...11 binaries x64 and the rest on appveyour?
We can drop support for v4 and 5.

JFYI: node 7 on windows fails with:

MSBUILD : error MSB4132: The tools version "2.0" is unrecognized. Available tools versions are "4.0".
