When you visit a website and it doesn't load, Lapsed intercepts the failure and shows you:

✅ Whether the domain is available or registered
📋 Registration details if taken (registrar, creation date, expiry)
🔗 Links to register, backorder, or buy the domain
📷 Wayback Machine link — see what the site used to look like
🕵️ DNS diagnostics — check if the domain still resolves

How it works

Automatic: Navigate to any URL. If DNS fails, Lapsed replaces the error page.
Manual: Click the Lapsed icon in your toolbar or press Ctrl+Shift+L (Cmd+Shift+L on Mac) to check any domain.
