BUG - ToolTip Menu appears on wrog Monitor

I use two monitors (Laptop + 24'' external monitor)
As a primary I use 24'' external monitor on which I look straight ahead.
My laptop is on the left.

When I click right mouse on "KeyboardIndicator" icons displayed in TrayArea then the "PopUp menu" appears on left (secondary) monitor, but it should appears on the same monitor on which the icons are displayed, and where TrayArea are placed, in this case on primary/right 24'' external monitor.

sorry but the context menu position cannot be decided by the application. maybe try the suggestion here to change the menu drop alignment.
