How to get color glow in Windsurf IDE?

Hello!

I'm using Windsurf IDE that is a vscode port with integration of AI Codeium and installed synthwave'84 theme as in vscode, but there is no option to enable glow in the menu.

Any knows how to enable in commands, or files?
