bot won't stay in rc-talk

I noticed the last 3 or so days - bot will not stay in rc-talk. It responds in type but doesn't stay in channel or respond with voice.

After it responds, it'll bounce in and out 3-4 times before no longer attempting, until the next post.

I've seen it happen before on rare occasion but usually it's very brief and after maybe 5 responses it rejoins the vc and starts talking again. (Taking into consideration the 10 voice limit.)

Bot was able to rejoin RC-talk today and stay. Voice and all. No more jumping in and out.

Spoke too soon. It's back doing it again.
