Better markdown formatting for Weezerpedia and Riverpedia slash commands

There's great formatting for albums already, it would be good to extend this to other Weezerpedia content types.
Same for Riverpedia.

Seems like a great idea to me. Is there anything on our end stopping Jeremy from making that change to the codebase himself?
