Namely, tools for evolving/designing gliders and analyzing the ranges of discretization parameters where the gliders persist. The discretization parameters include temporal and spatial resolution, and numerical precision and the complex systems laid out in the outline include: * Lenia (continuous CA framework) * Glaberish (continuous CA framework, similar to Lenia) * SmoothLife (continuous CA framework) * Neural Cellular Automata (Neural CA) * Gray-Scott model (computational reaction-diffusion system) Tools for experiments include * Methods for generating a point cloud of glider persistence values for temporal, spatial, and numerical precision: $(\frac{1}{T}, K_r, b_{fp})$ * Improved methods for evolving gliders in complex systems listed above. * Improved methods for human-guided design/evolution of gliders. * Methods for cloning CA functions from continuous CA to neural CA
