Build failed

I am building cmdow project using codeBlocks and GNU GCC Compiler. But getting error as :

just download it from anywhere
for example, i got it from chocolatey

Got same error, managed to build by following #15 and it works fine.
BTW, need to add compiler directory to Environment Variables or it prompt libwinpthread-1.dll not found.
