Issue with Pygments and alternate file extensions

I have noticed that languages with multiple recognized extensions (e.g. SystemVerilog mode recognizes .sv and .svh) only the first extension is recognized in Suplemon.
Not sure if this a Suplemon or a Pygments issue?

Also, a vote for keyboard based selects if possible sometime :-)

Thanks for reporting! I took a quick look and it seems this is more of a suplemon issue. There are many ways of determining which lexer to use in Pygments (currently suplemon uses the simplest way) so I'll see if I can improve on that. I've done some other improvements to syntax highlighting so I'll include all that in the next release.
