License Waiver

For use cases that cannot comply with the terms specified in the LICENSE file, waiver requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Waiver Scenarios

Waiver requests may be granted for, but are not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Educational institutions requiring use for academic purposes
• Early-stage startups with limited financial resources
• Significant code contributors to the project
• Other legitimate use cases that demonstrably prevent compliance with the standard license terms

Waiver Request Process

To request a license waiver, submit your request in this thread, with the following information:

1. Purpose: Detailed explanation of your intended use case
2. Compliance Barrier: Specific license restrictions that prevent compliance and the underlying reasons
3. Waiver Duration: Whether you require a temporary waiver with an expiration date or a perpetual waiver
4. Supporting Documentation: Any relevant information supporting your request, if any

All requests will be reviewed and responses provided in a timely manner.
